Hi I’m Ms. Maddie! I’m the Small Wonders Administrative Assistant. I’m an LA native and a mom of 2. You may see me in the mornings bringing in the kiddos as they get dropped off or you may hear from me through our Brightwheel app. I enjoy being a part of a program that helps children thrive. I look forward to helping and supporting our families as children come in for a day of learning and fun with our wonderful teaching staff!

Hello,  my name is Savannah.  This upcoming school year will be my very first year teaching. I have been with the school age students at Small Wonders for about a year! Hello my name is Armani . I am a former LAUSD after school teacher & drill coach. I have been working with children since i was in high school. I majored in Child Development & Family Studies at Cal State Long Beach. At a young age i had a passion for education . I am a book worm and have a very goofy personality. I love to make people laugh as well as teach them something new. I truly believe we should learn something new each day no matter our age or background. Working at Small Wonders is pretty amazing. My goal is to make my classroom feel like a second home where children can grow in their own unique ways!

Hello! My name is Rayanna Pina but the littles call me Miss Ray. I graduated from Paraclete High School and am attending Cal Lutheran University to earn my sociology degree. To become a family sociology worker. I have worked in family daycare for about two years and worked at an elementary school at the same time. I love and enjoy working with your amazing babies everyday here at Small Wonders Preschool and Daycare, and plan to continue working with them for a very long time. I’m working to earn my sociology degree to help to protect all the amazing babies in my community and world!

Hello there! My name is Crystal Renderos. I'm a first generation American and I come from a hard working Salvadoran family. I am a proud first generation college graduate. I graduated from Antelope Valley College in May 2021 with my Associates of Science in Early Childhood Education. My experience with children began in 2016 and I continue to pursue a career teaching young children. My goal as a teacher at Small Wonders Preschool is to impact the children of my community by acknowledging every single one of their individual needs and providing them a quality education that expands their creative minds, preparing them with skills they can use to excel in Kindergarten. Hello, my name is Hayley, I have lived in the Antelope Valley my whole life. I have a degree in Child and Family Education and in Liberal Arts Social and Behavioral Sciences. I absolutely love working with children and have been teaching in a preschool setting since 2013. I love watching them learn and grow. Hello! My name is Cherysh Drayton. I grew up here in the Antelope Valley and received my Bachelors in Communications from Grand Canyon University. I have a lot of experience working with children of all ages, and I love getting to impact them positively. As a teacher here at Small Wonders Preschool, my main goal is to be fun and attentive to all the students with the hope of creating an environment for every child’s needs to be met, and making sure there is room for them to grow in all aspects that are needed for them to excel in future classrooms!

Hello, my name is Navaeh Hernandez. I am currently in my second year of working with children, having transitioned from working with infants to my current focus on school-age children. I am pursuing studies in Early Childhood Development and Business at Antelope Valley College. During my time in this field, I have developed a deep passion for nuturing and educating children. I find immense joy in working with my current students and am excited to connect with new ones as well.
